To see what modern medicine knows about its effects on the human body, we analyzed available articles on research on the effects of caffeine on human health. Articles on the effects of caffeine on the cardiovascular system, central nervous system, excretory system, digestive system, human metabolism, and the potential use of caffeine in anesthesiology, oncology, and as a fitness aid were included.
Recent findings: We include 22 articles articles from the PubMed resources on the effects of caffeine on various human organ bowels written based on contemporary epidemiological studies and meta-analyses and based on them we have created a cross-sectional article presenting the position of modern science on the effects of coffee on the human body
Summary: Modern science has many arguments that coffee has a positive effect on the human body, there are many possible directions for use caffeine in medicine but much more research needs to be done to thoroughly understand its effect.
